We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding and upgrading our technology, capabilities, and equipment to better serve our valued customers. Here are some of the highlights of our new building:

• We are relocating to a new facility that is just 15 minutes away from our old one.
• The same exceptional people and equipment will be at the new facility.
• The new facility is larger and has 3x the manufacturing square footage.
• The design of the new facility will reduce inter-departmental distance by up to 60%, resulting in an improved manufacturing process.
• We will have enhanced operations, including faster production, and room for new equipment and capabilities.
• The new facility has been designed to maintain safety and improve the work environment, which will help us retain and attract top talent.
• This move aligns with our ESG goals and supports our overall vision of being a good employer and active community member.

Quality Plan:

• Risk assessments and mitigation activities are being conducted through the use of FMEAs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• A strategic move plan is being developed to ensure the equipment or process does not deviate from baseline. 
  
  
  • The installation, startup and acceptance testing of equipment will be performed by the maintenance team.
  • Process validation will be conducted by production and engineering through the utilization of process checklists.
  • Sensitive equipment is being handled by trained staff, including 3rd party specialists.

Transition Schedule:

• May 22nd: Manufacturing areas complete and prepared to receive equipment.
• May 29th: Equipment is taken offline and move begins.
• June 12th: Installation of equipment complete.
• June 28th: Validation processes for metrology and thin film coating equipment concludes.
• July 31st: Fabrication equipment validation complete, and full-rate production resumes.
