Foreign Orders (Outside the United States and Canada) :
Our website WILL take the order information, but will not collect payment information. After you place your order, it will be sent to our global team for review, A customer service person will contact you to collect payment information.
United States Orders :
General Information: Our website will pre-authorize your card but not actually charge your card until we have shipped your product.
Canada Orders :
Canada orders require an End User Statement to be filled out. After you place your order, a customer representative will contact with more information. We will not process your order until the EUS has been approved. Our website will pre-authorize your card but not actually charge your card until we have shipped your product.

3 Ways to Quick Order :
1. Search by part number in search field :
In the top right corner of any page, type part number in text field and click return or your part number will show up in the drop down menu, click on link, the part will show up on results page at the top: enter your qty and click Add to Cart
2. "Quick Order" by Part Number :
Step 1 : Log into your account, click on My Account
Step 2 : Click on Order by Part Number
Step 3 : Enter Part Number, Enter Qty, click Add to Cart To.
To add multiple part numbers at same time: click on + Add Row, enter part number and qty, repeat. Click Add to Cart.
3. "Quick Order" by uploading a csv file :
Step 1 : Log into your account, click on My Account
Step 2 : Click on Order by Part Number
Step 3 : Choose Browse > upload your csv file (Your csv file must include "part_number" and "qty" columns.)
Step 4 : Click Add to Cart

Quick Reorder:
Step 1 : Log into your account, click on My Account
Step 2 : Under Recent Orders, click on Reorder to duplicate previous order
Step 3 : Fill out payment and shipping info and place your reorder
